I was there when the restaurant first opened and couldn't get any service. 5 servers just standing around the cash register talking.
Spent an hour waiting on food to only be told that they were out of what we ordered. In fact the waitress couldn’t tell us but had the cook come tell us. That should have been the managers job. Our appetizer and drinks should have been free. Horrible experience. The table of 5 sat down 15 minutes after us and ordered after we did (the chicken fried steak ) but yet they got their order and we didn’t
