ordered through the drive-through. They said it would be 10 minutes. I waited 30 I went inside and they had my pizza done. They just never brought it to me. That’s really bad when you’re not that busy there was nobody inside except for employees and one person at the drive-
Had a mobile order, got there was told it would be 5 more minutes was told to pull around front, waited for 20 more minutes, people coming and going in and out, had to pull around to drive thru window and my pizzas were put in warmer. Asked why they didn't bring it to car and all the manager could say was it was in warmer and sorry about that. Some customer service NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT.

It's Little Caesars what else is there to say? Cheap pizza that can be bought at any tie in case your dinner or lunch plans fall down the drain. Terrible to sometimes-decent service aside there's not much else to say. If you're looking for actually good pizza your better off going to the Dominos less than a mile away or even the Pizza Hut on the same street
