Hole in the wall Mexican breakfast and lunch place. Pros: Excellent burritos. Genuine home cooked meals. Friendly service. Cons: Instant coffee you make yourself. Hard to get to bathroom, which is more or less in the kitchen. Still, it's worth a stop if you like Mexican breakfast.
The tacos are the bomb! Home made salsa and tortillas! Beef fajita meat was well seasoned and juicy but with crispy burnt ends that add to the flavor. The tacos were also large, I normal eat 6-8 street tacos for a meal but i was satisfied with only four! Best tacos in Corsicana!
I didn't know the secret to great tacos was 3 Maria's in the kitchen, but the fact is they make great authentic tacos. We stopped by for a quick bite and tried the Al Pastor and Chorizo. Both were full of flavor and sat on delicious homemade tortillas. Both had a bit of a kick, so be sure.you like spicy. The staff was super friendly as well. Cocina Las Tres Marias is a solid choice for authentic Mexican food in Corsicana.
