Really like the chicken salad and pecan bread. However tonight we rolled in at 7:25 (close at 8). Employees didn’t seem happy about another customer so close to closing time. Couldn’t buy a sandwich but had to get something out of cooler already made up which was fine. Sorry to leave less than a 5 star review, but we were not made to feel welcome.
They double charged me on my order
I spent an hour in the phone with them and they would not remove the second charge.
Supervisor was rude !
Everything! I am very picky about fruit cake. The fruit cake is the very best I have ever eaten. I will only be getting it from Collin Street Bakery. This year I will be trying some of the other treats available. I am sure I will not be disappointed.😊

Collin Street Bakery - 7th Ave Corsicana is a charming spot for food lovers. Visitors are welcomed warmly and can see the owner personally inspecting products daily, showing a dedication to quality. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share their delicious treats, such as the famous cherry turnover, Tennessee Apple Pie, and Chocolate Danish. The bakery also offers pralines, fruit cakes, cookies, bread, sandwiches, and drinks. The cozy atmosphere gives a small-town feel, and the service is excellent. Customers can sit and enjoy their food, making it a great place to take a break from driving. The fruitcake is sweet but not overly sweet, nutty but not too nutty, soft, and delicious—truly deserving of an award. Many enjoy the chicken salad sandwich and other tasty options. Visitors appreciate the high quality, friendly service, and tasty treats, making it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. However, some customers noted that the pecans in the fruitcake can taste rancid, which has been an occasional issue, especially considering the cake's price. Overall, Collin Street Bakery remains a beloved destination for baked goods and treats.
