Love the atmosphere and when going in it never takes long to get my food ! ❤️
As I picked up delivery food through DoorDash for a customer, I was needing to wait for 25+ minutes and during that time I noticed several things that stood out.
A young girl, perhaps 12, was behind the counter all the way in the kitchen area, coming in and out of the staff area and coming in and out of the front door of the restaurant; at no time did she wash her hands in all the coming and going, especially while being in food area.

KFC is a popular fast-food restaurant that serves great food with a secret recipe that customers love. The staff provide friendly and courteous service, ensuring orders are accurate. Online ordering is available, and customers appreciate the convenience. Some employees seem unhappy, and portion sizes have decreased while prices increased—like the $7 two-piece meal costing extra to change a side. Discounts like senior, military, or employee ones are no longer offered. The drive-through service can be slow, but sometimes staff are super nice and bring orders with a smile. The chicken is crispy, and the place is clean and well-maintained. However, issues like missing items (boneless wings, mashed potatoes) or wrong portions (one leg in a 16-piece bucket) still happen. Despite inconsistencies, KFC remains a favorite for its tasty chicken and convenient service.
