It is so sad to speak ill of my childhood favorite. But this store doesn't deserve the name Kentucky Fried Chicken. KFC or even chicken for that matter. I came in at quarter til nine and asked for a fresh drop as I had another half hour of driving before I was able to eat. I was told they stopped cooking at 8. That would mean the chicken under the heat lamps had been there almost an hour and they closed at 10. Can you say health code violation? I was hungry and was already there so I ordered anyway. BIG MISTAKE! I had a chicken restaurant when I was 30 years younger and this GARBAGE was so bad we threw the bucket away. the same with the side orders. BAD BAD BAD food. Do not eat their food.

I frequent this store often. I have always received great service. I usually order online & Morgan ensures my order is right every time! She is always friendly, smiling, and very courteous. I do not like ice in my drink, and sometimes I would like to split up & separate the original from the crispy. I would like to be able to specify this before placing my order. Just a suggestion, but if a "special instructions" section were added to the payout screen, that would be awesome. But by now (I'm a frequent guest), Morgan and a couple of other ladies there are now familiar with the "no ice" and always get it right. Great food, great service & cheerful customer service.

Showed up at 4 in the afternoon I ordered a 2 piece Original. I was told they only had breasts and thighs in original At that time unless I wanted to wait. I told them that was fine when I got my box I got one piece of original 1 piece crispy.What part of original chicken do I need to explain not Krispy not tender's not wings...just original chicken.I keep trying and trying week after week to get a correct order from the store and it just doesn't happen.

Ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 sides and paid 51.95 cash and waited for our order then they opened the window and asked us to pay a different amount wich was the car behind us order. We said we paid and are still waiting for our food and angel proceeded to tell us they need to take care of the other customers behind us in the drive-thru first. I said no but she could give me my money back and we would go somewhere else and then she said they don't give refunds I said you don't give refunds but you don't give us our food either? So I called corporate in front of her and another girl came from the back and yelled at us saying no refunds and then cursed at us in front of our grandchildren that were sitting in the backseat. Corporate just took a report and said they would investigate and get back with us. Worst service ever!!!! No more business at KFC in Corsicana tx from us. If I could give them negative stars I would
