I was just driving through Corsicana and had heard a lot about the Collins Street Bakery fruit cake. And it was a lovely surprise to see that they offered a deli menu for lunch. I went with the spicy roast beef with chips and a drink and it was 9.85, which is very reasonable. This was for a half sandwich. The bread was fresh and had jalapeños in the crust. Amazing ? !! I saw so many sweets I wanted !! But we narrowed it down to cupcakes and cookies ! We were all so undecided because everything looks so delicious. This was our first time here, they gave us free samples, and everyone was so very friendly ! We would definitely be back when we are visiting the area.
