Placed an online order, they call are out of the bread at 8pm. My order is not ready when I arrive and there is no acknowledgment at the drive through speaker sitting after here for several minutes . I drive to the window and sit for 5 minutes to finally have to call the store and the phone rings over 2 minutes before a lady answers. She says they are working on the order and then they hang up on me. I stopped coming to this subway because of the service a few years ago. Tried it again today, still terrible. Go to the Subway on MLK if you want good service. Customer service needs much improvement here.

I had to repeat myself to a young girl behind the counter three times and because she wasn't listening even though she asked what I wanted and continued to make my order wrong and me having to correct her other than that the food was great and the place was clean and nice atmosphere
