I just want to say a huge thank you to the team on shift this afternoon. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before, so I know that having food line, drive thru, and front counter team all work together is a huge achievement. The food was fresh and accurate, the team was friendly, and the drive thru time was not long at all. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The assistant manger Pete was very helpful with my order and had very good customer service, he actually got me to come here when the other one was closed instead of going to Whataburger which was the best choice I made
Let me sit in the drive thru for a lo g time, no other cars in line. Drove thru and went inside. I had to take my own order at a screen. Zero customer service! It took a really long time to get my food inside, they were making orders for the drive thru then.
I went through the drive-thru. I only ordered a couple of soft tacos. It was around 10:30 pm. They were not busy or very friendly and not sure how many people were working but still think service was a little slow. It took him almost 5 minutes to bag my tacos and didn't put any napkins in the bag either. Personally I think it was a little pricey for 2 regular tacos. It was almost $6 and the tacos were skimpy and a little greasy.

Location is super clean but most important the restroom are super clean. The employee helping me was very polite and food always fresh they don’t make it until you order. Food presentation was great thank you.

Absolutely no customer service! Nobody working the counter your only choice is the kiosk. Kiosk are only convenient for the companies.They are not convenient for customers especially for older people or the blind. Won't go there again
