I booked their event room for Thursday May 16th, for a surprise 70th Birthday Party for my wife. We pulled the "surprise" off, and had about 35 people in attendance. Leading up to the party, the staff was always friendly and very helpful to me and my Co-Host, who handled the decorations setup. Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an online order and they cancelled it but refused a refund, or to get me my order. Never told me they cancelled it either so showed up and was sent away.
5 of us went there Friday night 2/17/23 and we all ordered and they all got there plate and I didn't so the lady asked me what I ordered and I told her and they brought me out a plate and I told them it was not mine so the asked again what I ordered and I told them again so they brought me out another plate and it wasn't what I ordered but it took it since everyone else in my party had already eaten so I spoke to the manager and he gave
