The general manager of the Crosby, TX location needs additional training. I ordered food via the Whataburger app, it was well over 30 mins late, and upon arrival, was a completely wrong order. I selected the help button on the app and called the store, the General Manager Philip Castillo answered and not only did he not apologize, but he made it feel as though it were my problem that we received the wrong food because they received 2 orders with the same name as our order.
