“I order the enchilada special almost every Wednesday for my grandad. Sure do miss that Kenzie Bates answering the phone. Always pleasant and sweet and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Going in to pick up she always has a smile on her face and took care of me. As a repeat costumer whose dragging and exhausted it’s refreshing to see a smiling face and good people skills.”

“Our caterer backed out on us 3 months before our wedding and we were in a panic! Shawn, the owner of Backwoods Texas Style Grill, swooped in and handled everything with professionalism that brought ease to all our worries. They catered our wedding of 100+ people. The food was delicious and all of our plates were stacked. I cannot recommend them enough! I had some guest stop me and tell me it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. Please consider them for any of your catering or dining needs, they will not disappoint!”

“Very clean..good rest rooms..good burger and GREAT BANANA SHAKE with two extra squirts of vanilla..my favorite!! Impressed with the young lady working the front..NADIA I believe her name. Bright and bubbley..looked like she enjoyed her job and meeting people. An asset to the store..I'll for sure stop again next time I drive through town BUT a word of warning there is a speed trap on other end of town. I agree with it as it's right next to their school. Just watch your speedometer carefully..”

“We just left so I hope the manager can look at the timestamp on this review and know who was working. The lady that took our order was incredibly patient and fast. We had a somewhat complex order with lots of custom requests for 4 different footlongs and she took care of all of it easily with a smile. To top it off 5 other customers came in behind us and she handled them all with the same speed and care, multitasking where it made sense to. She was the only person working and I was very impressed with her customer service. Please give her a raise. Workers like this don't come along often, especially in the franchise food industry. Also, the restaurant and bathrooms were super clean.”
