“My steak was delicious and the Service was good, although we did have to request water refills and we were never asked about drink refills. The huge disappointment was the onion strings. See the picture. But only were they not strings they were not crispy or very flavorful. I will not order them again.”

“Rosa's Cafe is always great. But this time was better than great. I like a lot of lettuce on the side. The guy who took my order gave me the amount of lettuce I asked for and paid for. I asked for 4x lettuce. He charged me 4x lettuce and gave me 4x lettuce. 1st time that happened at any restaurant! Thank you Rosa!! 😊”

“Being from Maine, we don't have these locally. It's my first go to whenever I land in Texas. Their burgers are always on point, and they end up being my main source of food for my stays in Texas.

July 7, 2025 Update: came down to Texas for 4 days to visit a friend, came here twice. Both times, the management were very friendly to us, but extremely rude, ignorant and mean to their employees, to the point I almost said something to them. 1 of the supervisors was berating an employee 3 feet from me, when the employee didn't even do what she was accused of doing. Employees were all great, my issue lied with the management. Food still on point though.”

“The food is always great, and the young lady named Madison does such an amazing job, and her sweet personality is the best. The Karen who was recently in there screaming and yelling and acting like an idiot needs to get a life. You need to grow up and go pick on someone your own size. Picking on a young teenager who is there busting her butt and doing her best deserves kindness and respect. Ppl like you need to get a life!! Madison keep doing great things.”

“We (my girlfriend and I) had the General Tso's and the Honey Sesame chicken, and both were really good! Crispy, plenty of sauce, and a whole little black container super full of just meat, and then a side of fried rice. the two ladies behind the counter were both very sweet and helpful. 10/10, highly reccomend.”

“Always great food made fresh. The pico and salsa are the best ever. I order the Nachos my hubby loves the big bean burrito, the toastada and or the tacos. All made fresh each order. Ask for lime and extras to go”
