I preordered my food on the app because they never have it ready when i go thru the drive thru so when I got there & it was ready I was happy. Until I ate it. It tasted like the took the chicken from something else that had been sitting & drying out for hours & then added my veggies. At least the veggies tasted good. Howerver if I pay $12 for a large ala cart order that they had 20 min to prepare it shouldnt taste like this. So disappointing. Also no way to get a refund...
I’m not sure it happened only for me anyone else…. I ordered firecracker shrimp then the serving guy served me all leftover beans with just couple of pieces… after I questioned him he dumped that back and suggested me to go for other sides. Serving guy was really seems like he is not interested to work on my order.
There is never enough meat to veggie ratios for these prices, but it is always delicious ?.Update the ratio seems better.I hate that I always have to wait 15 min thru the drive thru for string bean chicken, but at least it's fresh.
