I would like to start off by thanking, Frankie he was very professional and helped correct the things that were incorrect. It’s a shame that the (manager) Hugo refused to help. Why are we gonna spend over $100 at a location and not get the Correct Items and missing items from the order. Once I came back to address the matter, Hugo was very dismissive and let the staff know to take care of it. 25 mins in drive through and still no food :(
I just spent 30 minutes trying to get a to-go order from the lobby the person working the counter had no business being there as you could not hear anything that he was saying and he he was basically throwing food into the bags to give to people. Originally there were two people in the lobby including myself by the time I left there were seven people in the lobby I saw at least four other people leave because they were standing at the register and we're not being helped.
