First time visiting and I would run far away. I ordered 2 cheeseburger plain, just meat and cheese. The young lady told the manager who was cooking to make sure she knew, witnessed by other customers. I received my meal 20 minutes later and no cheese on burgers, the manager told me I have to pay extra- 1.73 extra for the cheese to get it put on the burgers. Just a really poorly run DQ. Unreliable, rarely consistent with blizzards, never up to date on their menu versus the Burleson location. I assume ownership would be to blame, but I’m also frustrated the franchise has allowed this establishment to operate this way. It’s really unfair to patrons. I have frequented this location many times because of its closeness but tonight will be the last.
