We waited in line for over 45 minutes for two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. While the food was very good, the long wait took away from our experience. Unfortunately, they don’t accept call-ahead orders, and we noticed quite a few people leave the line while we waited. Since we were already committed, we ended up spending much of our morning in the drive-through instead of enjoying the beach before heading home. The food itself is tasty, but in our opinion, the wait time is simply too long for what’s offered. We hope the owners can find a way to improve efficiency, as this could make the experience much more enjoyable. For now, we personally wouldn’t return, but with some improvements, this could be a great spot.

This was our second time getting breakfast at the Island Cafe. The kids love being able to drive the golf cart to pickup food. The food is exceptional, the kind of quality you don't find very often. The staff is also very friendly. We'll be back again!
This place is drive-through only the food was fantastic. The people were very friendly. I got the breakfast burrito. I couldn’t decide between that and the biscuits and gravy so I got gravy to go with my burrito and also a hash brown and the hash brown was nice and crispy. The burrito was delicious. It was very with my gravy, but they also made a homemade salsa, which was good with it as well. The coffee was strong, which I like I would highly recommend

It’s all made from scratch and fresh to order. You’ll have a bit of a wait in your car but it’s WORTH IT!!! Unbelievable food and the owner is super nice!!!
