“I have had the catfish an shrimp with green beans an dirty rice really really good an nice size pieces of catfish.
Today i got the chicken ball an green beans instead of fries an they where awesome will keep purchasing from him. Really good you wont be disappointed. Very friendly also. No mixing frying chicken in fish grease each has its own frier . So chichen doesnt tadtr like shrimp or catfish. Cholesterol free oil no MSG at all. Which is like for me a heart attack i cannt have even a speck of MSG without going into shock. So i am so grateful they are a responsible food provider. Thank you for your concern for your customers.“

“This place is absolutely wonderful. The tacos are the best I've had in the Willis/Conroe area. Haven't tried anything other than the tacos, but I will definitely be trying the whole menu. The food is fresh and always consistent. They have impeccable service and a very friendly staff. The person that gave the 1 star review is obviously a miserable person or hateful competitor. Their claims are absolutely false. I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“John cooked a full brisket me. I wanted to do something special for Mother’s Day for my girlfriends since their kids are at college or living somewhere else. The brisket was seriously the best I have ever had! Tender & juicy! We all had plenty left for the week so we don’t have to cook. Thank you, John!“

“First time in! We tried several things. Torta pollo, quesadilla pollo, asada nachos, asada corn and flour tacos, and churros. All was amazing! The pollo torta was probably my favorite. Everything was fresh and ready quickly. Highly recommend! Was DELICIOUS!“

“Hubby and I are moving from the Cut-N-Shoot area to the Big Thicket! We have been making this drive since we closed in March about 4 days a week. Cookinf breakfast is ideal but it doesnt always happen so sustenance is hit and miss. Every day we would drive right by this little food truck with flashing lights and we always saw construction workers there. So after 4 weeks we decided to stop and give them a try and Y'ALL we have been sleeping on a jewel. Great food truck location on 105! The food is delicious. The hot sauce is hot but not toooooo hot! Amazing price point, quick turn around on walk up orders, accepts call in orders for faster service, generous portions, and hot fresh food. This place is in the parking lot of a gas station so you can multitask while you wait. 6 tacos filled up 2 people for less than a fast food breakfast...waaaay less! So give them a try!“

“We had Luz’s Pinches Tacos cater my husband birthday party pool side! It was a total hit! They came to our house set up a flat top grill in the backyard and cooked all the food in front of us. Food was delicious and everyone was stuffed! Wonderful alternative to cooking for your own event! Can’t wait to visit their food truck! Thank you all so much!“

“this place is literally 2 minutes from my house and they never miss a beat. Their food is always so killer they never ever disappoint me. I always get their street tacos pollo or Barbacoa, I’ve tried all their meats though and all of them are fantastic.
