“This place is absolutely wonderful. The tacos are the best I've had in the Willis/Conroe area. Haven't tried anything other than the tacos, but I will definitely be trying the whole menu. The food is fresh and always consistent. They have impeccable service and a very friendly staff. The person that gave the 1 star review is obviously a miserable person or hateful competitor. Their claims are absolutely false. I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“We may not be starved for choices when it comes to quality Mexican food, but you would be a fool to not at least give this place a try. Disappointment, I believe, is highly unlikely. the food is as genuine as the staff and the customer service doesn't get much better. The taste is phenomenal. While the atmosphere may loose a few points when compared to other fine dining establishments, it is nothing but genuine, as if I stepped foot back in mexico. If you needed any more convincing, the prices are good and they even let my wife try a generous sample of a food she was worried might be too spicy. 5/5“

“Carnitas Ramirez in Willis Tx have the best carnitas, chicharrones and salsa in town. They are only open on the weekends. The service is inviting and friendly! I've tried the chicharrones from the Hermanos place and they are always overcooked or a lot of undercooked fat but here at Carnitas Ramirez they are delicious! Their salsa bar is the best and they also have menudo, which I haven't tried yet. They make the carnitas tacos mixed also with cuerito if you'd like. If the parking lot looks full just still give them a try..their service is fast. 402 East Powell Street Willis Across from the Dollar General. Carnitas Ramirez“

“We visited restaurants twice during our stay in Lisbon. We came back for a really delicious margarita. Guacamole with nachos is recommended - a great snack with a drink. We also tried shrimp ceviche and quesadillas. Everything was very tasty, although a little different from the flavors we know from a Mexican place. The staff was very nice.“
“Lots of stalls to browse and various items. They have a great artist called Creations by Cutler here. The Elias Meats has some amazing jerky. The Lemonade King has some yummy fresh squeezed lemonade. By far, the jalapeño cream cheese tamales from Carmellitas is spectacular. Definitely recommend stopping by to shop local vendors here“

“Hubby and I are moving from the Cut-N-Shoot area to the Big Thicket! We have been making this drive since we closed in March about 4 days a week. Cookinf breakfast is ideal but it doesnt always happen so sustenance is hit and miss. Every day we would drive right by this little food truck with flashing lights and we always saw construction workers there. So after 4 weeks we decided to stop and give them a try and Y'ALL we have been sleeping on a jewel. Great food truck location on 105! The food is delicious. The hot sauce is hot but not toooooo hot! Amazing price point, quick turn around on walk up orders, accepts call in orders for faster service, generous portions, and hot fresh food. This place is in the parking lot of a gas station so you can multitask while you wait. 6 tacos filled up 2 people for less than a fast food breakfast...waaaay less! So give them a try!“

“My wife and I had an order of 5 bistec street tacos each, they were good with onions, cilantro, Chile Serrano and grilled onions. We will definitely come back to try the menudo. With the order of 4 tacos or more, you'll get charro beans for free. Good Mexican taqueria in Conroe, which is hard to find, specially if you are in a hurry.“
