Coffee was great, I'd only suggest teaching the employees to make sure the tops are on securely, I went through the drive thru yesterday and the young lady working the window handed me the Coffee, when I grabbed it, the top wasn't securely put on so came off and hot Coffee spilled all over my lap and in my car it was a disaster!, luckily it was raining a little so I was able to use some of the rain sprinkles to get the stickiness off my car. I was heading to the mall after so had to buy more pants because my joggers were a disaster...

I finally got to go there and i absolutely loved the place. I was originally drawn to the place for the name, but didn’t for one second think i was going to like it as much as i did. The coffee is very good and most of all the welcoming atmosphere. Mike goes out of his way to welcome you and lets everyone who walks in know that our business is appreciated. Definitely a must try, oh and they have great merch.
We have been to this place several times and they have great coffee and breakfast items. Thanks to Scott for great customer service.

Want to give a HUGE shout out to Mike and the hard working staff at Bad Ass Coffee in Cypress. At the start of this year I deleted my “big brand” coffee apps because I was sick of being disappointed in my coffees. This year I have decided to try local coffee shops. Today I got to try some of the best Hawaiian coffee! I can’t recommend them enough! I also love all they do for the recuse donkeys (out of state and locally right in Waller). Highly recommend the Realtor/Office packages for offices or open houses!
Once you try Bad Ass… you’ll always be going back!

Great atmosphere and vibes found this place because my wife wanted to try a new place out and we were not disappointed. The inside felt like we were on vacation and not in the US the employees were very friendly. I had a natural energy drink and their donuts which are made fresh to order! The donuts were like a churro style donut and was fresh and very tasty. I typically don't drink coffee or energy drinks but the fact that it was made from natural ingredients made me want to get it. I got to talk to a friendly and helpful employee which later I found out was the manager Mike. He gave us a brief history of the company and their products and what made them different. We found our new coffee place!! Also a great place to bring people from our of town!

Consistently great service from all the locations I’ve been too. Order ahead is super convenient. The employees at this location twice have gone over and above with customer service. Specifically this time calling me after placing my order online and they were out of one of the ingredients I ordered. I love the culture of this company with good coffee and excellent customer service!
