My husband ran in to get my order but he was very pleased. The guy at the counter was funny and attentive. This was a doordash and I'll tell you I'm not used to being treated like a human being. So to hear that he was nice and had a great attitude was a relief. My husband said he loved how they didn't water down the coffee, and wishes we lived closer. Even so we will be back as regular customers . Thank you for having standards and practices against classism.

Overheard the drive through cashier complain about the amount of tip I gave.
Bought two small coffees was then handed my coffees with spillage dripping down the side of the cups and seepage coming out of the top of the lid, they weren’t wiped down.
The attitude of the drive through cashier was glaring at me snidely and the look on his face was so obvious that he was saying “that’s what you get for not giving a bigger tip.” Without saying it. I’m sure you get what I’m saying.
No appreciation for the fact that I did give a tip immediately following my payment without knowing what kind of service I would receive. It didn’t feel good at all. However I went ahead and tipped anyways. Which is what I usually do.
My first time coming here. Thought it would be nice to try a new drive through place near my home.
What I don’t like is being expected to give a tip BEFORE I can rate the type of service/experience I get. I love to tip big! Especially for excellent service!
