Was celebrating my birthday dinner yesterday afternoon and had the worst service ever. No customer service was offered and the so called lady manager was very rude and disrespectful. I will never visit this location again.

Update: its been a while. I solely stick to the bar now and I see the slight changes. More team work, if someone is busy. More checking to make sure you're okay. Better communication. Managers actually come by for no other reason than to check on people. Amazing what almost a year can do.

After my 6th time coming and my 3rd time leaving utterly pissed, shocked and amazed how poor the service and zero accountability management has to it I will gladly drive the extra 12min to a different location. I have sat there and listened to bold face lies told to me about not being able to split checks when there was only 3 of us! I paid the whole check to avoid looking stupid trying to calculate in our heads each other's tabs. I have had on another occasion managers ignore when we spoke up about a 20min mini pizza that we were told a manager would bring out and didn't. When it was brought up the manager wasn't even listening and she definitely didn't acknowledge and the other guy manager just brought a to go box for the pizza instead of also ACKNOWLEDGING what happened. He took his pizza to go because it came out late AND still waited on forgotten silverware he asked for. We had a beer that was forgotten the 2nd visit there that my friend drove 50min to enjoy with me and nobody came over to say anything. I timed it from when I got my drink and it was 25min for the beer. We even asked for a manager and none came over. We saw someone after the 3rd time of asking if the beer could be checked on go pour the beer himself for us! ACCOUNTABILITY is all I'm asking at this location. Check on your staff and LISTEN when a guest is trying to tell you something. I can't go back though because I've given enough grace and mercy to where I'm just done and in a horrible mood coming out because I have no idea who to trust serving me.

Came to eat at this BJs for my birthday. The waitress seemed to be more personable with her other tables but not with ours. My boyfriend and I ordered cream sodas and the cup he got was dirty from the outside. The food took about 25 minutes to come out for 2 people, and we did not appreciate that our food came out at different times. I had accidentally ordered the regular pepperoni pizza instead of a pepperoni extreme, but the waitress did exchange it. However, the regular pepperoni pizza did not look that great. It barely had tomato sauce and it had some pieces of tomatoes on top of the pizza that did not look presentable - they looked like raw meat. Then my boyfriend asked the waitress for my pizookie and she told us that we need to be members in order to get a free pizookie for my birthday. This is new news to me because I brought my brother for his birthday in March earlier this year and he was able to get a free pizookie. This was not really an enjoyable dining experience. I loved BJs before but I will not return to this location.

Busy work from home day for me and the wife so decided to have lunch delivered. We’ve only had BJ’s dining in and they do a great job on food! Service is hit or miss depending on how busy they are or how new the server is but that’s pretty standard sometimes in restaurants. And I say hit or miss as far as pace and steps of service. They are always friendly! Our takeout was good. Still hot and tasty. They did forget my sauces that come with the wings which was a bummer but mistakes happen so didn’t hold it against them

We were there at 6pm on a Saturday. It was not busy. We think they needed to run to the store for the beef-- service was slow. Everything was delicious!!! The waitress was busy, but charming and courteous.

My daughter loves the food but we tried to go there twice. We left after waiting 20 minutes to be seated. Not one person came. Once someone actually acknowledged our presence but offered nothing. The place was empty and about 10 people waiting to be seating. I'm surprised that this place is still open. I'm more surprised that the manager still have a job!

My son and I went today and had the best experience!! The food was amazing and the service couldn’t have been better! Our waitress was seriously the best I have ever had anywhere! Sydney was her name! I made sure to get it bc she was sweet, patient, had excellent recommendations. Afterwards I was going to buy beer for my husband and she was like I can go ahead and take care of that! I feel the most staff at other restaurants would be putout and tell you go wait somewhere else! She rang up the 2 six packs and while she went to go get them she heard me tell my son that his dad would probably like October fest but it wasn’t a choice to pick from unless you come in! She said actually you can! She rang up with no hesitation and wasn’t annoyed! Great experience all the way around!!
