Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered the family Build your own meal for pick up. This was the messiest preparation I have ever experienced. Sour cream was on everything. I could grab anything out of the bag without getting sour cream on my hand or the counter. I can’t understand how this was missed because the container was completely closed. Then the red chimichurri sauce was just thrown in the bag and had oil all on the containers. I can’t trust to eat the meal.

Walked in at 10 mind you yall close at 11, there was no line and no costumers anywhere, young Mixed Lady making our bowl looked annoyed, and kept saying “what else” when my husband and i where still making a decision. Get friendlier staff.

standing in line for 10 minutes just for this lady to walk around with a clip board not say nothing but the one lady at the counter was nice and the only one working, manager need to know how to manage.

We got buy one get one free on thanksgiving night and was happy with our purchase and we didn’t have to stand in line for long

Never coming back to this location.
Decided to dine in and all I heard was a lot of cussing about counters being dirty?
There was 1 girl working the line, she was busy, and another girl on the register.
The young lady that came out I suspect was some sort of manager cause she just appeared out of nowhere bulling the other girls that were already busy.
Do better Chipotle

Always have a pleasant experience. I feel the need to update this review. Currently they have staff who are telling you they are out of product when in fact they aren't. I was told that they were out of pico. which cool that happens. But immediately following that conversation another employee replaced it. Not sure if it's a training issue and some newness or lack of care but whichever it may be. Should be addressed.

After an absolute awful experience with this Chipotle I went in to speak with a manager but a very nice gentlemen named Asher asked what was the reason after informing him of the terrible experience last night he took it upon himself to rectify the situation. I hope someone see this and gives him a raise not too many people would pay for your meal to rectify someone else’s mistake. If you are in the cypress area and visiting this restaurant please give Asher a tip because he deserves that and more.

My first time at this location and it has a beautiful atmosphere, inside and out! The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. They move the line, which was wonderful and our food was fresh, nice and hot! I had the chicken bowl. 🥣

Food quality is very less and they serve just half the bowl including all extras.. chipotle has downgraded alot or this is just this location.. very disappointing and people doesn't even respond at this location ...

They were out of some stuff like avocado and they didn’t let us know that they are short for some items.
We had to take the order without them or wait for twenty minutes.

Complaint about service at Chipotle
I went to Chipotle about 30 minutes before closing to order a burrito to go. They told me certain ingredients were “not available,” including corn. However, I saw they had plenty of it set aside for online orders. When I asked, the employee refused to give me any, even though it was clearly in stock. Very disappointing customer service. Customers who come in person should be treated fairly, not denied items that are available.

The reason this is four stars on food service and atmosphere and three stars overalls because well the carne asada is back... Otherwise their food is kind of blah.. their chips are usually burned. Doesn't taste like lime at all.
