On 05/23/2025 I visited this Denny's location at 9 PM when my waitress Jessica decided it was okay to speak about me to her coworker in Spanish. I didn't really appreciate their comments, as I speak fluent Spanish I'm sure she thought I didn't understand. I was literally sitting right there in front of them at the counter. I had to take the rest of my meal to-go.

Extremely disappointed by my experience at this location. I ordered an orange juice and halfway through the drink I noticed lipstick stains on the cup, when I told the server she was extremely rude and disrespectful and just said “it’s been washed through the machine what do you want me to do? It’s just lipstick” Instead of apologizing and trying to accommodate her customers, the manager came over and removed the orange juice from the tab. After seeing this I was disgusted and couldn’t even finish my breakfast. This is so unsanitary and disgusting, I will never go back to this location. Horrible service.

Today, Friday, around 5:30 PM, I decided to go to the closest Denny’s as I just moved to the area. I’ve always liked Denny’s, so I was excited to eat there. Unfortunately, the service was poor. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam, and they served me the meal without the toast, the ham, and the pancakes. I only got the pancakes after I got up and went to the counter to ask for them. I also ordered coffee, but it took a long time to serve it. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I hope they improve the service.

Food was really good and delicious 😋...We ordered delivery take-out through door dash. Every thing came out superb and right on time. We have no complaints. We had everything we needed from utensils to sauces to creamer you name it. 👍 Thumbs up to the Denny location in the Cypress area. Keep up the good work!

First off the manager didn't say hello or welcome to Denny's.
Just grabbed the menu and told me to follow him.
Now!
Let's get to the food review.
The food was terrible and awful.
Maybe the cook was rushing or having a bad day.
Because the hash browns were burnt on one side and the other side half cooked.
Now look at the eggs terrible 😔
I was on the toilet for two days behind these eggs not cooked properly.
Omgoodness! Please if you go to this restaurant look at the food and inspect before you eat it.
I didn't eat the pork sausage but the bacon was good.
And another thing everyone doesn't like to have their butter on their toast already.
There was too much butter at that.
My cholesterol level would have jumped through the roof!
Let's do better at this location Denny's 😑

Great attentiveness to all guests. Our waiter Dalian was amazing. Karla and Carmen were not our waitress yet that didn’t matter to them. They made sure all guests were happy and relaxed. Also showed continuous wiping and cleaning to the tables and floor.

Placed a order for pickup and it was a horrible experience and mind you this is not the first time I’ve come to this place at night and it’s literally the manager cooking while one server running around and nobody at the register. My order was placed at 12:32AM, i received a notification that it was ready by 12:45AM. I didn’t make it to the restaurant until 1:05 Am my food is nowhere to be found… I waited until 1:30AM and asked dude in the kitchen( Manager), where’s my food ?? He automatically said you guys have to wait( me and two other guys who been waiting before me for DoorDash orders, one ended up living right before I did. My order was only one burger but I have to wait more than a hour ????? I asked for a refund and the server said that i also had to wait for a refund, I left because I have things to do. It is not the first time they don’t have no one in the kitchen at nights. Where’s the real chef?? It’s unacceptable and a very unprofessional way to conduct business by prioritizing customers in the store over pickup and delivery orders.

The food was yummy and all our orders were correct and timely. Issue is the discriminatory stares that came from the manager, Salah. Definitely won't be coming here again. Be better, Salah.
