The staff front perwon and manager should be trained how to properly on how to treat customers. I went to the location barker cypress store #351952 i went and order two medium hot coffees one reg.one with one sugar reg cream and i explain to the lady ana that i didnt know how to use the reward for the munckins but i got 4 which is 3 per order. I guess she put 12 then scanned my reward code and it didnt take off cuz it had to be entered 4 orders of three but the vode for them haf been scanned then i give her all my codes showed her the rewards she was like no u used the codes i was like no u scanned them she all wanted to give me three orders of 3 and said i couldnt get the fourth but she scanned all my code so confusing the mamager i guess came by and said no we can give u 3 i told him no u scanned all my 4 codes i want my 4 orders then i said wrll delete them he said well u might not get ur rewards bavk so then i was like just like give me my 4 the girl ana was lile i will give free no ma'am its not free when u scanned my 4 reward codes the process should have beenn different then ana Blame for not doing it right totally inappropriate then i got my coffee and it was wrong too just enough with this location i got one meduim one small nowhere not any any point did i say small
