Very happy customer Eduardo the Manager was very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was very please on how he Solved my problems and take care of me right away. We need more people like him. Thank you and your team as well for doing a fantastic job.

I never really ate at Dunkin Donuts in the past, a donut is a donut, but for some reason my kids wanted Dunkin Doughnuts, so we went to the one located on Barker Cypress, near FM 529. Looking at the menu I was ready to try the Wake Up Wrap. I asked the girl at the front counter how big they were and she made it seem bigger than it really was so I was a bit disappointed. Even tho I was the only car in drive thru, I still had to wait a while before being waited on. Then after paying, they still had me pull up to the front to wait for my order. After 10 minutes, I turned off my car & went inside to get my order-- a simple grilled cheese . No apologies for taking so long, no thank you . Really bad service. And the sandwich wasnt good either. I do not recommend this place.
