Ran by a bunch of teenagers.
This is a general complaint for the franchise never having adequate inventory. No matter the location, they all fail to keep the chocolate dipped waffle cone available. We have tried 5 locations in our area hoping to find one that has the ice cream flavors we want and the cones. Im still not sure whats happening here.
I went here last weekend - out of cones, so I left. Came again this weekend- still out of cones!!!! How does a ice cream place consistently run out of cones? Last week half the cooler was broken as well. And not surprising at all, but I’m pretty sure you could set the place on fire and the staff wouldn’t care one bit lol. If you want a cone - call ahead before wasting your gas!
