Drinks always great but dont bother ordering ahead of time. Said drinks would br ready but were not even started and people who came up and ordered at window got drinks faster, no point in app. 10 minutes after it said drinks would be ready and still did not have drinks.
Showed up at 6:30 a.m. to get my order that was pre-paid, the place is closed. Finally someone showed up. 7:15. That's not cool. He wasn't the manager but he made it happen. Someone needs accountability.
Ot used to be my favorite coffee place, but they have new kids that are not as friendly and keep messing up my order and give me different prices when I always order the same. Time to look for a different place
