Showed up at 6:30 a.m. to get my order that was pre-paid, the place is closed. Finally someone showed up. 7:15. That's not cool. He wasn't the manager but he made it happen. Someone needs accountability.
Ot used to be my favorite coffee place, but they have new kids that are not as friendly and keep messing up my order and give me different prices when I always order the same. Time to look for a different place
First the good, the people are always in a great mood and are ALWAYS extremely friendly. Unlike Starbucks, I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth here. Now the bad, even though I love their coffee I think I’m just gonna start getting a medium instead of a large because every time me and my wife go we both get the Iced Golden Eagle and hers ( a medium drink ) is nice and sweet and mine ( a large ) isn’t sweet at all. I don’t mind much because I typically drink black coffee...
