Feng Cha is a favorite tea spot. The vibes are good, calm, and cozy, and the drinks are great, fresh, delicious, and made just right. Drinks can be customized with ice, sweetness, boba, and toppings. The staff is always kind, welcoming, friendly, and prompt to help with a smile. The place is clean. However, one customer noted an order issue on Jan 26, where a crystal boba was replaced with regular boba, and a Grapefruit tea with no ice was served with a full cup of ice. The customer asked for more attention to orders. Overall, the sweetness level is just right, toppings taste fresh, and drinks are made quickly. It is a great place for milk tea and boba, and not far from home. Highly recommended.
