I have been seeing this place pop up on my feed for a while with nothing but stellar reviews. I’m kind of a bbq snob so I had to go see what the hype was about. I am smoking a brisket today for Super Bowl Sunday, but for some reason the wife was craving a brisket sandwich. We piled our boys in the car, headed over and loaded up on Have Mercy BBQ. We ordered a brisket grilled cheese, a couple of sliced beef sandwiches, a brisket plate, and pretty much all of the sides they have...
I had Have Mercy BBQ cater my company Thanksgiving lunch. My entire team each stopped by my office and personally thanked me for the BBQ they enjoyed. Most said it was the best they had ever had.
