Unfortunately, the food freshness has been a recurring issue, and the manager's demeanor is frequently rude when mistakes are made. A recent incident involved finding a sizable hairball in my child's food. I will choose to visit the Barker Cypress location instead.

I went there a little before midnight on 7/12 and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. The person taking my order was the worst. we have had the worst experience in that jack in the box and we will never come to that location again.

This has to be the worst Jack in the Box in all of Texas. The customer service is horrific. The wait is terrible. The food is always cold. This location should be shut down. Don't bother replying clearly by the reviews you are aware.

I was told I can’t order and the empty was rude trying to fight me told me to pull up like who the he’ll you hiring this happen at July 10 at 12:30 telling tree to park so don’t can come out and kick my ass I had to drive to the hempstead location. girl on drive thur doesn’t say a word when we pull up until after we sat there for like 4-5 mins, super rude. Then the lady in the back making the food i caught making the food with no gloves,have video proof and girl at drive thur went to back to get lettuce for tacos and uses her bare hands to grab the lettuce and make the tacos. The lady with pink hair then uses her bare hands also to put the chicken sandwich together. I had this issue 2 years ago they cared for a little obviously THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE ABOUT UR HEALTH who knows what they got on there hands… smh

Hiring Sebastian was the best choice they made. I stoped going to the other one by HEB because this one was so much better. Sebastian needs to be the new manager. With gas prices being high, this is the only time i would ever drive the extra mile. He is a good listener, and i have haven't had a messed up order since he's been working there.

We sat in the Drive-Thru for over 45 minutes waiting to move forward. There were only three cars ahead of us and each car would go to the speaker and have to wait in order to give their order. I had ordered on the app and because the dining room was not open had to wait in line. It appeared that only two people were working in the store and that they were ill prepared to meet the needs of the customers. I don't want this to be something that is seen across the board at all Jack in the boxes! This store in particular is the only one that I want this to reflect upon. Most of the time that we've been to Jack in The box we were met with great service and very helpful staff. This particular Jack in the box needs to have management take a look at what they are doing there especially at their late night drive through.

This is the third time coming to this location before 10p and the employees won’t answer and when you drive up they just try to ignore you. Why does it say open 24 hrs but they don’t want to take your order. There’s like 5 employees in there all acting like they don’t see you.
