Went through drive thru, takes long to take your order and there’s only one person in front of you. They had a homemade sign that said no tacos…ok do I ended up ordering a cheeseburger with fries
Received food. Fries were cold, no fresh and cheeseburger was slimy. I won’t be back. I can’t believe a fast food place like this actually is still open. Totally gross

This place might as well be in the middle of downtown Houston with people LIVING in the parking lot!! They are always there all day and night for the last month maybe two. It makes Cypress feel like it’s a slum not the suburbs.

Hands down this is the dirtiest jack in the box ever can't even sit down and eat ruins your appetite quick tables are so dirty floors super sticky and dirty windows drink machine so dirty I don't know how the health department hasn't closed this jack in the box due to health concerns homeless people sleeping in here making coffee and charging phones , taking showers in the restroom it's just nasty place my kids where shocked and scared we had to leave our food and go else where we didn't think it was healthy to eat our food $45 waste on have picture and video how I came back 4 days later and it was all the same way 🤢😷 this just nasty people can get sick due to being so dirty

I've been going here for a few years now and I love the 3 taco combo meal! It's the best and also the curly fries are the best! I also like their oreo milkshake and the staff is really nice, drive through is fast and even indoor service is nice
Unfortunately, the food freshness has been a recurring issue, and the manager's demeanor is frequently rude when mistakes are made. A recent incident involved finding a sizable hairball in my child's food. I will choose to visit the Barker Cypress location instead.

Horrible I have called corporate this is my second d time coming at 11pm they works will act like they are there I waited 55 minutes just for a small fry and milk shake they cut lights off and ignore customers
