First there was a lot of cross contamination. Gloves are not to protect your hands, they are to protect the food. Using the register & taking cash, then handling for is disgusting. Do better. Then it comes to the seriously sas sandwich 1 slice of turkey...ONE! I dont know why I even tried them again.

I’d give 7 stars if I could. I’m pregnant, and the general rule is to heat up deli/sandwich meat before consuming. I typically prefer one of the cold sandwiches as an unwich, and the staff were so kind and very helpful, they jumped right into it. They found a way to heat up the cold cuts and made a delicious sandwich! TYSM JJ!! ✌🏼❤️

Seems that there is always a challenge with this store imparticular. Whether or not they start closing 3 hours before closing time and limit what you can get like a toasted sandwich at 8pm. Or, no delivery at times. Not sure if it's an owner thing or a customer service thing.
They don't act ugly or anything, but it makes me wonder why so many other jimmy johns are closing. It's just super annoying you fall in love with the food and it can be a challenge to get you favorite sandwich times.
Guess I gotta get a sub fix somewhere else.

I ordered curbside pickup and arrived 6 minutes after I had placed the order. Checked in and I waited about 10 minutes before I called to ask if my food was almost ready. They were just about to get it started so I said thank you and hung up. Waited another 10 minutes before I called again and they were finishing wrapping it up. So it took them about 26 minutes to get the food to me. Customers were going in and out with their food the whole time. No excuse as to why my curbside order that I ordered ahead of time was not ready when I got there or a little after. Next time I will probably go in and grab it but I had my newborn baby with me so I couldn't this time
Just wanted to drop a note and say the service was incredible. Placed an online order for my wife to pick up on her way home from work and she forgot. I went to go grab it but was 30/40 minutes late. I received a call from the staff letting me know the food had been ready for 30 minutes and were checking to see that I ordered at right location. Not only did they call but they also remade the sandwiches so they weren't soggy. Top notch all around and will keep us coming back frequently.

I placed an order online today and asked a coworker to pick it up for me as I was unavailable to retrieve the order myself. When my coworker returned, there were several items missing. I called the store to let them know and they offered to bring the missing items to my location. Not only did they bring the missing items, they also brought a few extra goodies. Very happy with the resolution and will absolutely be returning!
