I have been going for a min, last was few times last month. Daniela is awesome and she just knows what a customer may need. Heather is also welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Edit to add: The owner of this place is very unprofessional as well and doesn’t have their facts straight. When I came in for a beverage, I was never carded. I was served my drink… They carded someone else in my group and that person did not have their ID on them so they were never served a drink. The fact that she did not have her ID on her is not the issue, it’s the blatant rudeness that was displayed by this employee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. & Judging off the reviews, looks like Suzann is rude to a lot of customers that come here.

Whoever the lady with the short blonde hair with glasses who was serving on 5/19 in the 1PM hour was extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills! I believe her name is Suzanne as that what’s shown on my receipt. She was very impatient and cut us off when ordering. She then argued with someone in the party I was in. She shouldn’t be working if this is how she’s going to treat customers. Shame on this business for having an employee like this.

I experienced some passive-aggressive behavior during my visit today, which was disappointing. I’ve been here before and genuinely enjoy supporting small businesses, but this time I didn’t feel valued as a customer. It often felt as though our presence was an inconvenience to the server rather than welcomed.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would love to continue supporting your business, but customer experience and hospitality are very important.

Nice bar, they had karaoke however it was too loud could not have a conversation without asking what was that, however it seems like a nice hangout spot. They had holiday drinks.

Nice sports bar, lots of tv's with a small town feel in Houston TX. Very welcoming and staff very fast and nice. I met Vanessa, the owner and very sweet. Good food with great daily food and drink specials.
