Chick at the front is rude. Needs to not be in customer service at all. Supposedly out of everything But coleslaw as a side.. hopefully if there is a next time she won’t be there and it will have the full menu.
First I would like to say this was my wife and I first time ever patronizing Main Bird Hot Chicken, as we walked to the counter the young lady with the piercings left the front and went into the back for a moment. Yesterday July 25, 2025 my husband who is a paramedic just finished dropping off a patient in Houston and decided to get something to eat at the Montrose Blvd location at approx a little after midnight. On the way back to the station which is a bit away, approximately 45 minutes after eating the chicken he ordered, he began violently vomiting and at one point having diarrhea.
