Stopped in last minute looking for a specific cake and they were out. The lady came over and asked for me to hold on for a minute. She went in back and found the exact cake I needed and decorated it right there on the spot. Very appreciative of her doing that for me.

Ice cream is great but prices are like wow. Can't believe one scoop of ice cream is $6. Customer service could be better. Most of the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there.
