They informed me that they are going to close earlier today. I completely understand, as the weather conditions require everyone to prioritize safety.
Today I was speaking with Claudia, a very polite young lady, who kindly explained that the schedules have not yet been updated in the application. It would be very helpful if this could be done, as it is important for customers to be aware when the establishment will be closed.
Additionally, they will remain closed for the entire day on Sunday.

Did not update their hours for new years on google. I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed. Not a one star because this is their first infraction. Do better.

The ice cream flavors and texture is sooo good and the times I have gone the service was excellent. The girls care about making you happy and try to try think of all the ways to customize your order to do it.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a banana split and a shake. Both were very good and prepared as requested. And the service was polite and efficient. But the prices are RIDICULOUS. We paid $25 for a banana split and a shake!!

My husband and I just got ice cream from here like 30 minutes ago and it was the best customer service ever! The workers that were working were soooo nice….. we both left and said “wow they were so nice.” Which says a lot. Thank yall for the amazing customer service tonight and for just being so nice. It goes along way.

Ana is very rude. She definitely does not need to work there without a supervisor being present. Ana wants to talk any kind of way to customers and argue with customers. Ana either does not like her job or she doesn't care. Very Very Rude.

Want to use a gift card you received from Marble Slab here? Too bad- this terrible business will take your money for the gift card and then won’t let you use it bc their “machine is down” What a joke.

One of my fav places for icecream. My personal fav is their red velvet. They have several size options to choose from and unlimited mix ins. Lots of yummy flavors and they also do samples to make the decision easier. They also do icecream cakes which maybe great for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or more.
Service was wonderful. I received a warm welcome from Jennifer upon entering the store.
