Ana is very rude. She definitely does not need to work there without a supervisor being present. Ana wants to talk any kind of way to customers and argue with customers. Ana either does not like her job or she doesn't care. Very Very Rude.

One of my fav places for icecream. My personal fav is their red velvet. They have several size options to choose from and unlimited mix ins. Lots of yummy flavors and they also do samples to make the decision easier. They also do icecream cakes which maybe great for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or more.
Service was wonderful. I received a warm welcome from Jennifer upon entering the store.

I have to say that the customer service provided by Mrs. Gery and a young lady named Claudia is excellent. They are very attentive people and always very friendly.

I made two different trip the same week, and one of the girls was working both times. I wish I knew her name. She was terrific! Very helpful, and patient. This location is clean, and they had so many delicious ice cream flavors to choose from. My son has a peanut allergy. And she cleaned all the equipment used to make his ice cream. So this girl deserves a so much praise! Thank you. 🩷

Poor service, prices, and food poisoning.
The server didn't know the sizes and when I asked for clarification she was rude about her conflicting responses. We also got food poisoning.

The employees want to close the shop early and not do their job. Got to the store 25 mins before closing. Pathetic.

Do not advertise that you are open till 10 if your employees are refusing to make the ice cream 20 mins before you actually close. Terrible customer service

i love the service here ana is the best she's so sweet and just a happy person in general i've come here several times and every time i come she's here with a smile love her! ice cream is so so good nutella is the best!

The ice cream was okay and the service was good. $12 for two cups of the tiniest size and the rocky road mix in was meh - better can be bought at the grocery store. Not creamy, kind of sugary and ice textured.
