The McDonald's, located near the new Target in Katy off of 529, offers excellent customer service with a wonderful manager, Mariaisabel, and a hardworking staff who strive to ensure a satisfying dining experience. The store interior is modern, clean, and well-serviced, making it one of the best locations visited by customers. The fries are fresh and perfect 9 out of 10 times. However, some guests have noted a lack of a playground for kids. While most experiences are positive, there have been instances of less-than-ideal service, such as a staff member being unprofessional during an order. Overall, this McDonald's remains a great choice for a delicious and pleasant meal, with many customers appreciating the professionalism and dedication of the manager.
