Shipley Do-Nuts is a new location with friendly and helpful staff who provide great customer service, even when busy or handling multiple order changes. Customers appreciate the positive attitude of the staff, which helps start their day well. However, some reviews mention that the quality of the donuts and kolaches is not yet consistent. The strawberry iced donuts and glazed donuts were found to be very hard and not what is expected from Shipley’s usual standards. The sausage, cheese, and jalapeño kolache had super thick, dry bread, and the Bavarian filled donut had barely any fill.
