Went here with my family because we all were craving pho, my brother got the shrimp as I shared the beef with my boyfriend. When we walked in they took so long to even acknowledge us or give us menus when they did I was already ready to order and it took them a while before even taking our drink order so we ordered food then as well, it didn’t take long to get the food or drinks but as we ate we watched the workers walk around and talk. One of the workers walked out of the kitchen close to where we were sitting and my brother watched her walk into the restroom with gloves on, he then proceeded to point out when she walked out of the restroom and had the same pair of gloves on! I was in disgust and just paid for my food and left. My brother paid for his and it was 40$ for pho, fried rice and spring rolls which is insane to me. Unhygienic he should’ve been discounted because of how unclean they are.

Staff took forever to take our order. Then, once they did, they were very dry and short. While we were eating two separate kitchen personal went to use the restroom with there gloves on came back out and walked straight into the kitchen scratching there ear and nose with the same nasty gloves they just wiped with when we saw thus we immediately stopped eating and got up to leave .very disgusting will never go back here again 😒

Great pho food and excellent milk tea. The spicy bowl wasnt terribly spicy but thats only if you really love spicy foods. other than that great food and very good prices

So today my wife & I visited Mr.pho the atmosphere itself was decent, but the service was so poor the 2 teenagers that were servers was so unpleasant the whole time they were so busy trying to laugh at other customers that walked in that they were so dismissive towards our table it took them 12 mins to bring us menus and it was only 3 people in the restaurant who was already eating when they did finally come to our table they both came and basically tried to rush us to order the service was crappy , the pho itself was good .

Pho broth was a little thin (not very rich as compared to others) and no cilantro topper. They were generous with basil and service was great.
The food is really good , the staff are not very friendly or welcoming but I guess the food makes up for it.
Update , I went back here 6/25/25. When I walked in I let the host know I was going to the restroom first. I waited for the person to come out of the restroom, when she came out she had on gloves & an apron. I went to ask the host if the lady worked in the kitchen because she had on gloves & she said “ she will change them” I think it’s very unsanitary so I left. Be careful!

I used uber eats cause i was in class all day. The food got to me nice and hot but had absolutely no flavor. It was so bad im trying to get my money back...normally i would have been like lesson learned. But i was starving and couldnt eat cause it was so flavorless.
