This was an expensive and awful experience. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and a Ceasar salad. We didn't get the food until 29 minutes later after ordering it was barely warm. The pizza was not made right, tasted sour and the kids couldn't eat it and I only ate 1 1/2 slices. The salad was barely cool and it was wilted, not crisp. Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Staff and management is always rude. I order ahead of time because it always takes forever and yet it’s still never ready on time. I tried giving them a few attempts thinking it was just a one time thing but unfortunately it’s every time. Oh, and they are always out of half the items we order.

Been forced to go to this location because there aren't any other options in our area. We like ordering bagels on Fridays for the weekend, but for an entire year we have gone through the drive thru and they never have enough bagels in stock. Cinnamon crunch is always gone. Few blueberry. You would think the manager would take note of shortages when there is ongoing demand. Just carelessness. No real customer service.
