The girl who took our order was incompetent and extremely slow. Please accurately hire people who actually want to work.

Marvin Zindler would have a hay day at this nasty place. It is a pig sty. I left, there is no way I would eat here! The drink counter is sticky, there is trash all over the floors and window sills, the tables are filthy. Meanwhile, the you have a kid sitting at the front counter when he could grab a broom or wipe down tables. He’s not doing anything because they don’t even take your order, you order own food through a kiosk. There is a cook with long nasty dreadlocks not in a hair net! The health department might want to check this place out because if the front of the house is this bad I can only imagine what the back looks like and I’m pretty sure there is slim in the ice machine.

This was the worst panera bread location I have been to. Service was slow. I ordered a fuji apple chicken salad. When I got it, it was missing 3 of the toppings. When I asked about it, they said they were out. They were also out of the French baguettes that I ordered as a side. The air vents had mold growing out of them and the lights were caked in dust. Way expensive for an awful experience.

Horrible experience almost always. Person taking order rushed me. They were out of almost everything. It’s over priced cafeteria food. Overall experience was horrible. Get it together Panera.

For the amount of money I spent on salad and flat bread pizza, you'd think that the pizza would be hot and the salad would be fresh. The food has taken a sever nose dive in quality. The drink machines were filthy and I can see greasy walls over the counter in the kitchen.

This was an expensive and awful experience. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and a Ceasar salad. We didn't get the food until 29 minutes later after ordering it was barely warm. The pizza was not made right, tasted sour and the kids couldn't eat it and I only ate 1 1/2 slices. The salad was barely cool and it was wilted, not crisp. There was very little dressing on it and it was pretty much dried up. I threw the food in the garbage as it was a big waste and I was concerned about getting sick if we ate it. The cook walked around with his hoodie on talking on the phone and watching videos. I've been at this location 3 times now and this was the worst service I've had. I won't be back.

Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Staff and management is always rude. I order ahead of time because it always takes forever and yet it’s still never ready on time. I tried giving them a few attempts thinking it was just a one time thing but unfortunately it’s every time. Oh, and they are always out of half the items we order.

Been forced to go to this location because there aren't any other options in our area. We like ordering bagels on Fridays for the weekend, but for an entire year we have gone through the drive thru and they never have enough bagels in stock. Cinnamon crunch is always gone. Few blueberry. You would think the manager would take note of shortages when there is ongoing demand. Just carelessness. No real customer service. I guess this is what you get from a chain that uses kiosks instead of real, personable people.

The lady who took our order was great. She went above and beyondI ended up tipping her cash and she told me she had to share it with everyone. That sucks and is a bad policy in my opinion.

Good was good, portions small, atmosphere full of screaming teenagers. Drinks aren't stocked, ice isn't stocked, coffee isn't stocked. Staff was friendly, just stretched too thin.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

Been here several times and will probably be the last. Filthy place run by teenagers. Soda machine and containers of sugar underneath disgustingly filthy along with mild counter around soda and tea machine. They were out of tea and other lemonade drinks today. Had to ask for the croutons for the french onion soup. Girl at front got our order wrong and when I went back to ask for the correct sandwich and was even going to pay for a new one since my friend already took a couple bites out of the one he got, the other guy behind the counter there said he would just make us another of of the correct sandwich. We never got it. So we left. Very very dirty and I was a little worried about the outcome after eating the food.
