Wait staff prompt and friendly. Indoor/outdoor atmosphere great.
The food was ok with plenty of potential in comparison to many Texas BBQ restaurants. Sandwich with fries. The bun was brioche but, just out of the bag. Recommend buttered and/or toasted. Meat was good; asked for lean and got lean. Fries were good but in house made would put you over the top. BBQ sauce was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy and spicy.

Stopped in for the first time this past weekend with the family. We were sat immediately and without issue. Good music playing made for a nice atmosphere. Also had games on the TVs which was great. Watched the Astros while we ate.

Edit* - this is for our 2nd visit -
3 people in our party got the burger and everyone enjoyed it. Fries were also very good. Daughter LOVES the banana pudding. She says it one of the best in the city.

We chose CTH for my birthday based on a friend's recommendation, and drove 40 minutes to try it, and we loved it!

We started with the cheeseburger, the pork belly bites, and the Brisket Skillet Queso. All three were very well-cooked and it was hard to save room for the mains.

Then we tried Pork Belly Tacos, Chicken Fried Steak, and smoked chicken quesadillas. I'm not usually a fan of pork belly, and I don't know what they did...
