Rating due to service, they need better wait service.

Nice food

This was my first time visiting this location, and I was excited since I usually drive to the Bellaire location. Unfortunately, the young man working the register that day was rude from the start. I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely needs more training if he’s going to be in customer service. He was a heavier-set asian guy in his mid-20s, wearing glasses and ear piercings.

When I asked him questions, he was just mumbling and didn’t make any effort to be clear or helpful. His attitude was seriously off-putting.

Also, the restaurant needs to advertise their 3–5 buy 2 get 1 free drink promotion more clearly. Nowhere on the sign did it mention that the promotion was for a small drink only. When I asked about it, he just stared at me, then had to go ask someone else, and only afterward told me it was for small drinks only. The sign only lists the drink selections and the time/day of the promotion — no size is mentioned.

Overall, it could have been a better experience if the employee hadn’t been rude and unhelpful from the beginning.

Great food, friendly service

Not a huge fan of their drinks but their pho is good. You have to know what type of meat you enjoy and if u want it fatty or not, etc. Otherwise you won’t enjoy your meal. I get the #11 and I think it’s very good and refreshing. The prices are fair, they have a good deal on weekdays— $14 for any size pho, a side and a soft drink.
The staff are nice, they gave me a phone charger when I asked for one lol.
I recommend this place if you want pho but don’t feel like driving to Asia town

Good place to eat love coming here

The store look nice but the price is not right. I ordered the rice with Salmon and it suprise me when there is only 1 small piece of salmon and bowl of rice but it is $16. I will never go back here again.

Disappointed with this place. The waiters were distracted, service was slow and they were disorganized. I guess it was their first day working. We were a group of 8. The food itself was ok. The rib pho was old meat and very small bone. The shrimp in the rolls had an after taste. This was just a bad day. We will not return. Photos came out nice but it wasn't.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order in store for Chicken Pho to go. One minute later I received news of a family emergency and very politely asked if I could please cancel my order and receive my money back. At this point maybe 3 minutes passed since placing the order. I was told No, that the food is ready. It wasn’t ready and the employee seemed to think it was funny as well.

The food: chewy, rubbery chicken and soggy brown bean sprouts, the portion of noodles was small in comparison to other spots. The broth was decent.

I won’t be coming back. Awful experience.

Delicious

Food was great, service was horrible. Learn some manners and speaking English before serving would be an asset. The walls by our table was disgustingly dirty and the bathroom was gross

Absolutely love this place. Great Vietnamese spot in Cypress with great tasting food and friendly employees. There’s always quick service and the quality is always great. I always get the Summer Delight Bambu and it’s amazing!
