This place really needs to get their crap together. Once again we make an online order for pickup only to get home and it is wrong!! I usually go to the location on Barker Cypress but I only went to this location because it is closer to my house. I will drive the extra miles to go to Barker Cypress because this location is horrible.

Although they were busy, I received my order quickly.
This is the United States a country where most of its residents speak English. There should be no reason why 90% of the team members barely speak the language.
I don’t know what has happened to Popeyes chicken…😔 but they’re chicken not that great anymore. I also use to love the Cajun rice and they stopped selling it here. I’m not sure if other Popeyes sell it. Update! Why does no one in this place speak English. They even say chicken pieces in Spanish. I'm Hispanic but I never heard the language they speak. Who hires these people? Not cool.😠😡😡 I spoke my Spanish and they acted like they didn't understand me. Don't here if you don't understand different dialects. It's either Venezuelan or Salvadorian. I don't know.
Awesome customer service! Food Cooked well and done right! Next time I’m in the Houston Cypress area. This is the Popeyes. I’m coming to!
