My experience here was A+. Had a Tuscan chicken sandwich & an order of eggplant chips. Maddie was an absolute gem of a waitress & allowed me to hang around during a bad storm. Hope she gets a reward for her service. Will definitely be back!!

I ordered a pizza from what I thought was the nearest location. The web site somehow switched it to another. When I arrived at my desired location, no record of my order. Their system should cross boundaries to help customers avoid how I was treated - having to buy my order twice. I would have gone to the other location if I had know which one. The other location called me an hour later to see if I wanted my pizza still - but guess what - they were closed by then. Most expensive pizza I have ever eaten. Bad service.

Had the $20 Stromboli Calzone. It was quite large in size, but it had almost no ingredients inside even though I paid extra to add Canadian Bacon.
Don’t waste your money unless you enjoy eating a large helping of Dough.
Very disappointing!!

The Russo’s menu has a great selection. The Chicken Rustica NY pizza, Greek salad, cannoli, & Italian cream cake were delicious. Our waitress, Abby, was very pleasant and provided great service. We definitely plan to return soon.

Hollie Creed was amazing as always! Great food, you must try the lasagna was superb. Lastly, the music 80’s yes, added to the atmosphere. This will now be my weekly spot.

Holly Creed was an exceptional server. The atmosphere and ambiance was good. Had 80’s music playing. Pasta was one of the best I had in quite a while. Pizza was good.

This use to be my favorite pizza place. I recently came here with a party of 4 and restaurant was super dirty. Tables weren’t clean at all, plus men rest room was disgusting and smelled. Service to forever for food and pizza was over cooked looked burnt salad was dry it wasn’t a good experience at all.

Holly was our server, we were a big party and she did a phenomenal job. Food was great. Service was great. And the atmosphere was great. We will definitely recommend and be back.
