Came in for an early dinner today - approximately 3:30ish. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated due to shift change. Once we were seated, there was food in the chair as if they hadn’t been cleaned. We went ahead and sat down - sat there for 10 more minutes and no one ever came to even take our drink order. Worst service & terrible atmosphere.

This was a Birthday celebration. Didnt have a good exprience with dinner. Food was just okay. ordered 8oz top sirloin steak with rice and chicken fried steak with mac & cheese. My fiance immediately complained of a headache after we ate, that progressed to a stomach ache after a few hours. He suffered all night with a headache and stomach ache to finally he woke up at 4am to regurgitate his dinner. the alarm went off at 6am for work Monday morning. He couldnt eat all day but wa able to hold down dinner i prepared, a simple spaghetti and meat sauce. Worst birthday dinner experience we have had! Then to add insult to injury the manager and general manager said there was nothing they could do!!

1st, service was great. When I received my Stake and Cake, it looked like a child's portion. The steak was a "6 oz. filet", it was about 2.5 in. Long and maybe 1.5" wide. Plain steak, nothing on it. Was cooked as ordered (medium). Moving on to the crab cake, it was tiny!! Like 2"in circumference. While the taste was ok, I did voice my opinion about the portion. The server told me this is the size they serve to everyone. This plate was $36.99!! My 6 yr old grandson would have been able finish this and would probably ask for more. For the prices you charge, you need to do better Saltgrass!!The low score for atmosphere was due to being seated near a very large and very loud group.

Despite the hefty bill of $100.08, the quality of both service and food fell short of expectations.To begin with, our server seemed disinterested and lacked any semblance of enthusiasm for their job. Their lack of personality and evident unhappiness contributed to a lackluster dining atmosphere.Moving on to the food, the "Pit Ribeye" I ordered was underwhelming. While cooked to a medium temperature as requested, it lacked flavor and failed to justify its premium price tag. Additionally, the accompanying fries were disappointingly small and some were even burnt.My disappointment extended to the beverage I ordered. Despite requesting a strawberry lemonade, what arrived was a watered-down concoction that bore no resemblance to the vibrant drink depicted on the menu.My companion's choice of the "Salmon Oscar with Mac & Cheese" was equally unimpressive. The dish was described as mediocre, lacking in flavor, and failing to leave any lasting impression.Overall, the experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse left much to be desired. With lackluster service and subpar food quality, I cannot recommend this establishment to others seeking a satisfying dining experience.
