Ordered 2 orders online through your website for delivery. I called to change the house number on the 1st one because it was incorrect. The lady in the back was extremely rude about it and said I needed to call ”them” not the restaurant. I later found out that “them” was door dash. The driver tried to get both orders because they were both ready when she got there and they were rude to her as well. Loved this place my first time there and will be returning to location in Katy
Staff forgot to start the fried pickles when my order was placed. When I questioned them, they acted like the pickles always take 5 minutes longer to cook than a burger. I guess they didn't realize I heard them discussing the fact they forgot the fried pickles. If you like poor service, come here!
