Smoothie King — they’re always great! Most of the time my orders come out perfect and the quality is consistently good. Occasionally they might miss one of my add-ons, but it’s never anything major and they’re always friendly about fixing it. Overall, this is still a five-star location in my book. Great smoothies, good service, and a place I’ll continue to come back to!

If zero stars were possible, that’s what I would give. I stopped by this morning for a smoothie and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was rude, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the smoothie itself was not made well. Never coming back to this location .

Just wanted to share this and give a huge thank you to this smoothie king location. I was working late and ordered one of the seasonal Pumpkin keto smoothies via app. When I got to the drive thru, one of the staff said that they were sorry but couldn’t get the container of pumpkin opened and offered to make me a different smoothie. She provided me with several options. I chose a fruitier version: blueberry, almond butter strawberry berry combo plus an additional protein powder. She helped me with making some other adjustments as well. Very helpful. Well, they immediately made my smoothie and the manager (I think it was), gave me my smoothie… upgraded to large. Boy oh boy! That was an amazing smoothie! It tasted just like a blueberry muffin. Absolutely delicious! I wasn’t able to drink it all but I did freeze it for a breakfast bowl tomorrow since I have some granola and honey. I wish I had gotten the names of these two staff members. I greatly appreciated their help in subbing out my drink. I understand that things happen. But It turned into a great opportunity to try something different! Many thanks to these two for being helpful and knowledgeable in their ingredients. I hope to order that combo again! Yum!

I had a great experience at Smoothie King! The staff was friendly, professional, and made my smoothie quickly. Everything was clean and well organized, and my drink tasted fresh and delicious. Yall need to have a dedicated employee JUST for the drive thru or trainings on moving drive thru customers out faster. I pulled in here at 10:13am. 2 cars were infront of me. It’s now 10:43am and I’m STILL here.
Update- I finally made it to the window at 10:37am, and 6 minutes later no one has even opened the window yet. I saw the orders of the people in front of me, they weren’t even big.
Update: 33 minutes in and I STILL don’t have my ONE smoothie and I’m STILL sitting at the window, and no one STILL hasn’t even come to the window to update me. This is crazy. I should have had time to get my kids food from Chick-fil-A directly across the street, with time to spare. But nope, still at this unattended window waiting for my one beverage that I no longer want but am too polite to just drive away for. 34 minutes in cause you’re wondering.
Update: 35 minutes in and people BEHIND me have backed out and left.
Update: Lady JUST came to the window, she’s extremely polite but SK yall need to do better by your employees cause it turns out that girl is the ONLY employee in there. 🙄 It’s Saturday morning. Why is only ONE employee here?
Update: 38 minutes later. Management needs to do better by their OVERWORKED employees and their THIRSTY customers who now have to go home and actually cook their hungry kids breakfast.
