Best Starbucks around. Nicest staff. Super friendly. Orders are always perfect, and dare I say the drinks even taste better. This Starbucks has ruined all other Starbucks for me. When traveling, I awake in a cold sweat because I know I can't rely on other Starbucks the way I can this local gem. ???

I order a decaf and it was white and then I wanted to prove to this lady that it’s not white like that so I went to the Kroger store and went to the Starbucks their and got the same thing and it was brown and had Carmel everything was right so I prove to her and then they said Oh we are going to report that star bucks. (FYI)her name was Tanya and she was the manager

I placed an order for a coffee at 8:30 AM. I reached the store at 8:45 AM although my app said that the drink will be ready by 8:49. However, at 8:55AM when I reached out the barista, she told me that they had backlogged and she doesn’t know when my order would pull up. I finally got my drink around 9AM with only 90% of coffee on my cup (not even a full cup)There no point in ordering ahead here, you better go to a cafe and they’ll serve you faster

I have never had such a worse cup of hot chocolate in my life. There was almost no chocolate flavor. Unfortunately, I had ordered 7 of these for my large family. Additionally, I previously had some other beverages during an experience with my spouse earlier this year which were ok, but not worth $8 each. Lastly, the service was not super fast nor friendly. I am fairly certain I will not be returning to this particular location as both experiences have been lacking (especially considering the premium that is paid for this product/experience).

Bad service, had called to cancel an online order after I noticed I placed it at the wrong location. I was told to drive to the location in order to cancel and get a refund. Asked to speak to a manager and they stated they were the supervisor…. keep the 4 dollars won’t be coming back. The location I was at understood and took care of me.

Piss poor service, everyone that walks through the door should be acknowledged and they can't even do that. When you bring it up to their attention they want to get an attitude about it. Customers or guests could be there for 10 plus minutes and not be acknowledged and they get skipped by people who barely show up and they get their orders. Management needs to do better at training their employees about customer service.

I went in on a Thursday to get drinks and a treat with a friend. Service was alright but only three of the menu items in the refrigerated case were available at 5:00pm (closing is 3:30 hours out??). I understand staff can't do anything about that but it's a peeve. But what staff can control is the drinks they make. I ordered a venti Carmel brûlée latte that tasted as if none of the syrups or flavors were added. It was just a regular latte. Highly disappointing because I do enjoy the sweetness of the drink and there wasn't any to be had. I went up and asked for some sugars and even after adding four packs the drink was still terrible. I just threw it away and left. This is not the first time I've tried this location and received drinks that tasted like burnt coffee and were lacking any of the advertised flavor. I've decided to go to the other location off of SH249. I've not had an issue with quality of drinks from that location as of yet. It might be best to re-train the baristas at this location.Positive to this though, I loved the cranberry bliss bar but I can get that at the other locations.

I'm appreciative of the free coffee for Veterans Day, I truly am. The cashier wasn't aware of the promotion, but he figured it out quickly enough. The place was empty, but could have been a little cleaner. The real issue was my wife went to put milk and sweetener in her coffee and there was none available unless you asked for it. What should have been a slight inconvenience become more so when she couldn't get any help to do so. She eventually got her milk and we were on our way. Starbucks isn't my go to place for coffee and this one certainly won't be in the future.

This Starbucks Sucks!!! When it opened it was great, then past two years it’s just bad service, when you approach the drive through screen no one greets you or says hold on be right with you. This place takes forever to get a drink…. They need a better training manager or more Staff..

Feels like if you are not high school or college age, you are not treated as nicely. The day we went, there were several groups of high school girls just hanging out, taking up tables. They kept looking at us like we should not be there. Workers seemed to be more worried about them than actual paying customers who may not come back to that location based on service and treatment... I know it's hard to get good help now, but maybe a bit more customer service training needs to be done up front..?

Food is good, drinks are good, service is good - they're hustling! But when you have a good 'Bucks, it gets busy, and for that reason the Drive thru and counter get significantly backed up - even on app orders made in advance - during peak periods (morning rush hour, Sundays mid to late morning) be prepared to wait.
