I've become a regular at this Starbucks because its the closest coffee shop i can go and study after the gym. The staff that are there regularly are absolutely wonderful and know my name and usual order. I love the staff here and if they're reading this, thank you for being the best :)For any gym-goers, Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew is an awesome low calorie drink.

Had a fantastic experience at a local Starbucks store, and I can't say enough good things about it and the exceptional employees who work there. The store was impeccably clean. Hats off to the outstanding team of employees. The baristas were true coffee artists, crafting each drink with precision and care. The quality of my drink (Mocha cookie crumble) was top-notch. I highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee. I will visit again.

We came here Nov 5th 12:20pm, Unacceptable behavior that this crew wearing a jihab a little chubby and we did not get her name but when we pull up to the drive thru, we ask for a request for my order for my venti caramel ribbon crunch and I always order here mind u same place for years now, and I always asked for the crunch on the side, now the dude stated they can’t do it, it’s against policy. Now i am annoyed but what can I do so I just told him that’s fine to put it inside the cup, so when he handed me my drink, i don’t see the extra crunch and i told the dude and returned the drink and guess what, this young lady w the jihab, started complaining, mind u she did not hide it and she was loud about it. she was clearly upset that we asked for the extra crunch and keeps saying it’s at the bottom, but that’s not what we asked tho? So she keeps complaining that her co workers have to asked her to go at the back cause now my wife have to go down the car and go inside the store just to make sure they don’t mess up our order. We are in shocked that an employee of a known food chain would really act up as if they don’t want to do their job. This is unacceptable as we have been a loyal customers for like forever! Now we need an upper management to contact us!

I just got verbally abused by a guy named jake in the drive throughAnd then he told me to go somewhere else period I have never been told to go somewhere else at a Starbucks. I have never been treated like that. At a Starbucks period this is ridiculous.I just got out of the hospital period and I'm losing a baby period I'm having a miscarriage and I just wanted a decaf coffee periodThe most rude obnoxious human being I have ever come across. I am violently ill and pregnant with a two-year-old child in the car and this man is the most cruel, obnoxious human being. I have ever come across.You never know what people are going through. Kindness is the key period especially if you're in the service industry, you have no idea what the person on the other side is dealing with.
