Food is good but they only had one person working and he was a teenager which can backfire and be dangerous. Pay is too little for them and I never see a manager.

This was the cleanest and most efficient subway I have been in. The manager was so kind and greeted everyone who came in and she was full of smiles. She’s doing a great job!

Well, then I came in pretty late and it was almost closing, but not yet closing, and the girl that was working. Here was super fantastic. She was very friendly and made the best sandwich ever.

I normally don’t go to this subway it was my first and last time there. Working in the food industry i have to say i was highly disappointed in the service i received. When we walked in i checked the app and realized there was a reward to buy 1 footlong and get the other one for 1$. However, you could only use it if purchased through the app. So did so. While trying to place my order i had to put it in 3 different times due to the app malfunctioning.once my order was in i went to watch them make my sandwich like everyone else does. However, Betsy tells me i need to stand somewhere else or sit down because of the cameras. Which made no sense to me. But i moved. Then while making our sandwiches i hear them discussing the sandwiches being toasted and i say yes they all should be toasted. I continue to watch Betsy make my sandwich without toasting it. So i ask if they toasted the sandwich she says it doesn’t say it here. I then tell the girl I’m going to assume she was training the app was malfunctioning and how i told them i wanted them all toasted out of my mouth. So just charge me for a toasted bread I’ll transfer it myself. Betsy then comes over and says “what so you want me to take this off and remake the sandwich “ with a very rude tone. I tell her no I’ll do it myself just charge me for the bread. She then says well imma have to charge you for a delight sandwich which is 8$ i say ok. I just want my bread toasted which is what i told you. I’m not sure if she is racist or what because i watched her deal with other guest without all the attitude she was giving me. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a subway from the time i walked through the door. I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this.

I like subway a lot, but the lettuce never looks good to me here so I just skip it. Every thing else always looks fresh. Had to change my review and give less stars due to the one lady saying its a limit of 3 pickle on a 6 inch she had put two I asked for 4 same on my Jalepenos. I'll just go to the other subway from now on

I placed an online order around 4:15pm for pickup at 4:35pm. Knowing this location is usually understaffed, I gave them extra time and went inside at 4:45pm. My order wasn’t ready, so I waited in my car. Around 5:00pm, when the store was empty, I asked again and was told my order was “next.”
At 5:30pm, my order was still not ready. When I reminded the employee she had said it was next, her response was, “What do you want me to do? It’s only me and a new person I’m training.” She never apologized and had an attitude the whole time. I asked for a refund, and she told me she couldn’t do that and asked if I wanted my food or not. Not only did she fail to apologize, but she also gave me attitude when I asked for the manager’s name, telling me she couldn’t give it out because she would get fired. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes just for three simple footlongs (ham, cheese, bacon, mayo).
I’ve had slow service here before, but this was the worst. No accountability, no professionalism, and no customer care. I will not be returning to this location.
