We ordered 3 sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot longs online. When I reached there to pick up it took them 10 mins before they even checked with me and then they could not find it and looked like it was given to someone else (accidentally). After getting my order ready when I got home realized the bread wasn’t toasted nor there was cheese like we had ordered. Not the type of service anyone would expect. Not be coming back.

I asked for sauce on the side and they put it on my sandwich and said they didn't have little Togo sauce cups. Seems weird for a sandwich shop not to have. Also there is zero sense of urgency. Just sitting there having a personal conversation while making my sandwich like a snail. This is 15 minutes AFTER I put a mobile order in.

15-20 minutes for a pick up order. No other customers in line. Go to another location save your patience and time

The bathrooms do not have soap to wash hands, the manager gets upset if a customer tells her that the bathrooms do not have soap.
Truly a rubbish deal.

No clue why, but they closed 2 hours early on a Monday ?‍♂️ no signs no nothing, just a locked door... unacceptable.

My family had a very bad experience at this place. Betsy (Store Manager) was very rude. Will not be visiting this store again.

I really don’t like this place..The manager Betsy was so rude in serving me the sandwich.Looks like she is a racist. She was discriminating with the people of different religion.I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Worst customer service experience…. Manager Betsy the moment she started to serve us was very blunt and rude … we asked her not to serve us with this attitude in response she forced us to pay before the sandwich was made … absolutely dissatisfied

Save your money and time and just go down the street to another one. The manager here was awful trying to charge me for more than I ordered. I specifically asked for a turkey sandwich charged at 8.59 and she tried to charge me for their Titan turkey sandwich which is well over $10. She told me either to pay or make a new one and when I asked to make a new one for the turkey breast price she refused and walked off. The gentleman working under her was great and ended up resolving the problem(he should be the manager) but yeah watch out for the older Hispanic women working because she will try to over charge you.
